English Speaking Practice Techniques

Have you ever heard of "shadowing"?
This is the act of reading along with an audio by using the tapescript. 
First-listen to an audio over and over again.  Make sure you know all of the words!
Second-Copy the audio by reading along with it exactly like you hear it.
